Southview Homes, LLC is privately owned and operated by its two owners Scott Weingartner and Adam Kingsley. Combined, they have over 30 years of experience in the residential home building industry. The company was founded by Scott in 2012 in Clayton, NC. Scott’s vision was to start a company that focuses on customer service and a quality product at an affordable price.
Currently Southview Homes, LLC offers its services in the following counties Wake, Johnston, Chatham and Harnett. The company boast a Better Business Bureau rating of A+ and is also a member of the Home Builders Association. Southview Homes, LLC stands by its quality by providing a 1 year builder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty for all of its homes.
